Domain of Justice

 It is a well known fact that JUSTICE PREVAILS OVER INJUSTICE. AT TIMES IT IS ESOTERIC. WE CAN NOT PERCEIVE AS IT IS At it seems wickedness, immorality, wins, but in reality, it is only for the time being an illusion. At last morality, justified actions will win. This is the order of the NATURE, GOD. even if wicked activity wins they can not enjoy the success, since they know, at any time, they will be caught and punished. On other hand good natured people with justified actions enjoy the justifiable victory with full confidence and satisfaction.

          Man is a civilized animal. In the primitive stage human being also lived in jungles along with other animals. Then MIGHT IS RIGHT. no secured life, no secured house, no secured belongings nor property. They lived in caves. Who is strong 7 strength, who can defeat other people physically, suppress other people, taking belongings of other people forcibly, whether it is food, property or kith and kin. Other people simply serve as slaves or else lost their severed parts or lost their lives. 

          Gradually, the strongest person become the leader or king other people served him. So a group of people, some one as their leader existed. This lead to a type of bondage, attachment among the people, and they used to respect their leader and arrange comforts for him. Naturally, this leads to develop a feeling in the leader that those are his people, he should strive for their welfare and in turn the people safe guard and respect their leader. This paves the way for formation of kingdom, subjects and creation of boundaries of kingdom, rules, tax, maintenance of soldiers, forts, palaces, administration, affirming justice through Courts of that king, advisers, interpreters, finally judgement was delivered by the judge the king himself. 

    There is a lot of history evolving judicature. Let us discuss in a simple way in view of space and time limitation.

Justice manifested in three ways 

As per telugu/Sanskrit literature

1.NYAYAMU (justice) 

2.DHARMAMU(Equity/Legitamacy)

3.SATYAMU(Truth)

                            NYAYAMU

      it is, as per. our forefathers view, justice as per the prevailing situations, laws of the land, confined to a particular, Region, State, Country. So ,it is social justice pertaining to that particular Region,So it varies from Region to Region as per the law in force. In the present situation certain laws varies from State to State, Country to  Country. In the olden days there are so many countries, so many Tribal kingdom like that. In certain issues laws differ from place to place

   In Tribal people  they were having their laws, customs, conventions, convictions, traditions, taboos like that were peculiar to civilized people.In certain sects, a girl before marriage, can make friendship with whom ever she likes, she can develop relations to any extent without any restrictions,even cohabitation,can lead life like couple, if she satisfy with his behaviour,attitude,character she will propose for marriage and their parents and that society arrange and perform marriage and after marriage, they can not indulge, develop extra marital relation relations. They were very strict in this aspect. For violation, severe punishments will be imposed and executed, no relaxation what ever who ever may be. If two boys competing for the same girl, they have to fight with each other, who ever wins would take the hand of that girl. For certain offences, death penalty was there which was strictly executed. Family laws, property laws may not be the same for all sects of Trials, but all are subjected to NATURAL LAW AS THE CASE EVEN TO DAY. 

       tribals are strictly abide by their laws and what ever their leader say is final, at the same time, leaders are also impartial and having ethics, generally no injustice. If any body enters their kingdom, knowingly unknowingly, they are also governed by their laws. 

     In certain sects, there are peculiar customs which are quite astonishing to other people. They treat the gusts with utmost care respect and reverence, they feel as if the gusts are sacred people, equal to GOD and offer them what ever they have, men and material and offer even their kith and kin. Such pure heart they are having, and guests should not take advantage of this and should protect the house and honour of the host. Such is the pure heart and at the same time if any injustice is done, any undue things happen they will take the life of the offender.Ssuch is their nature. Pure at heart devil at the execution of punishment in case of offenders. 

Even today, justice differs from Region to Region,but adherent to NATURAL JUSTICE. So to some extent, we have discussed about justice, the domain of which is to pertains to some society, Region IE. In telugu"SAAMAGIKA NYAYAMU" now let us swift to"DHARMAMU"

                      DHRMAMU

        The domain of DHARMAMU is more, vast, just like YUGA DHARMAMU. in certain aspects, which is DHARMA in one yuga may not be DHARMA or right thing in other YUGAS. There are four yogas,SATYA YUGA, THRETHA YUGA, DWAPARA YUGA  AND KALIYUGA. 

YUGA is a scale of time, just like, seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years, YUGA CONSISTS OF LAKHS OF YEARS.Now a noble thing/act in one YUGA may not be good thing in another YUGA. so, the domain of YUGA  is more, it prevails over LAKHS of years for the entire UNIVERSE NOTconfined to a particular Region but for the entire UNIVERSE FOR LAKHS OF YEARS. 

SO DHARMAMU PREVAILS OVER NYAYAMU

Now let us go to the third part, ie SATYAMU ITIS MORE POWERFUL THAN OTHERS. SATYAMU PREVAILS OVER ALL LAWS, IT CAN NOT BE OVER LOOKED OR IGNORED. NYAYAMU, DHARMAMU, EVERY THING IS GOVERNED BY SATYU

      NITYA SATYAMU

SATYAMU IS GOD, GOD IS SATYAMU IE TRUTH. EVERY THING IS GOVERNED BY GOD OR TRUTH. 

       WHILE ARGUING IN THE COURT OF LAW, ADVICATES, JUDGES DEPEND UPON TRUTH. TO ELECIT TRUTH CROSS-COUNTRY EXAMINATION IS THERE, TO CONFIRM TRUTH EVIDENCE, IS THERE,
