FORBIDDEN RELATIONS AND UNNATURAL SEX

 Every body knows that TIME is for change. No body can stop the time and the changes that follow. But every body tries to advance in their development, way of life, economic status, basic amenities, better life with the past experience of self and elders, inventions and discoveries in fields of health, medicines, food,transportation,shelter and clothes, new avenues for industrialization, agriculture, tools for various purposes, house hold articles etc to enjoy life with more comforts than the yester generations. 

Man is concerned with three basic facilities/amenities food, shelter and clothing. Biological need also comes under basic need of a living organism to reproduce it's own  race as well as to fulfill the natural inistincnt,there is nothing wrong in it, as per the order of the nature, but a man being a civilized animal has to observe and follow certain restrictions laid down  by the elders and priests of yester years to safe guard the interests of all and to behave like gentlemen with proper conduct. 

Customs and convictions differ from Region to Region and by laws of marriage also varies, in certain sects, groups being observed since so many years.These customs are now dyna. mic subjected to change in accordance with the modern views, change in behaviour,way of life,and marriage systems.Of course, the basic structure,instincts,like faith in GOD, performing pooja, marriage bondages,cultural activities, to some extent food .These convictions and habbits,are distinct from Region to Region with the impact of the geoligical, ecological, Climatic coditions that paves way for formulating,evolving certain customs and codes to protect their race and to preserve their identity .

Since ages,every group,Region,Sect stick on to their personalised, remarkable,distinct customs and habits that are symbolised their trace and lived happily.As we observed in certain groups, customs, traditions, convictions, faith, taboos are specific which are quite different from other sects. There may be so many reasons in this regard. Generally these  came into existence,not , all of a sudden over night ,with a single effort or rule formulated by a single person, but  as a Result of so many people's efforts due to some features adopted suitable for their communities with reference to ,the situations, circumstances, nature's inclinations and so on. 

 In certain areas food habits are developed/evolved ,suitable to that climate. Houses are constructed to withstand the vagaries of wind, for comfort to get protection from the intensity of Sun, blood curdling, low temperatures, cold weathers  etc. For example in Australia, roof and basement are inverted, Air Conditioners not Air Coolers, are required to maintain the reasonable , congenial atmosphere ie to keep up temperatures in winter and keep down the temperature in summer. Like this, adaptations are natural

      Regarding marriage customs, there are different conventions in different Regions In a certain area marriage bonds are allowed between children of a sister and brother, between maternal uncle and the girl, siblings of a sister and a brother,. in certain communities, between siblings of brothers, in some sects a woman can have five husband's,get married with a man and sharing bed with all his brothers. CHILDREN of a king born to different mothers only are to get marry to maintain the vigour, intelegentia, power and other abilities entrenched in the blood of that particular race ,their genes, purity of blood as per their thinking. 

    So, whether in the good olden,golden days or today, whether in the Rule of King or in the Rule of the Elected People's Representatives, motto is ,respect the public views, consider the welfare of the people and make them happy by all means just as a head of the family see the welfare of all his people 

     Now the Western countries realised the real value, greatness in maintaining family relations with pride and respect. More over the spiritual flavour and sacred attributes, pious bondage , inseparable attachment, Divine Diction embedded in the marriage thread is being sacred with three knots tied by the Bridegroom. Family life, family attachment and the sweetness in loving the life partner, Frankness in expressing his pure love whole heartedly, and no second thought for substituting life partner. One has to think,believe  that MARRIAGE is  once in a life time tie   ONLY ONCE IN A LIFE . NO SECOND THOUGHT. ONE HAS TO ADJUST WITH THE LIFE PARTNER OR STRIVE HARD BY ALL MEANS TO MOULD THE LIFE PARTNER IN TUNE WITH HIS/HER ASPIRATIONS, TASTE AND CHEERFULNESS, BUT NO ALTERNATIVE CHOICE. That is the conviction of the Indians. Now the Western culture has some impact on Indian culture which is highly condemned by the Senior Citizens. ONE LIFE, ONE MARRIAGE/ONE LIFE PARTNER SHOULD BE THE HARDCORE CONVICTION. This is the baic concept of Indians MORAL LIFE. That is why for marriage proposals, elders used to enquire about the would be Bride background like, family's history, traditions, their customs their food habits, role in the society, opinion of the people about their attitude, brought up,the nature of the girl, respect towards society ,community, specific TRAITS of the family etc.,so that there may not be any clashes by any means, by any score between the families and the couple in future.The concept of the word Divorce was not heard,nurtured,or even think of in their families ,further there was no such concept in the history of the good old Indian history. THE MAIN ADVANTAGE IS THERE WON'T BE ANY BROKEN FAMILIES. ORPHAN CHILDREN. INSECURITY, FICKLE MINDEDNESS IN ATTRACTION, LOVE, BELIEF AND ATTACHMENT.  

      They didn't even imagine that a person can break the marriage thread

     Law prohibits marriages between children's of siblings of a same couple. To be clear, children's of brother and sister as well as a girl's marriage with her maternal uncle is not allowed. But law also gives respect to the traditions and human relations  that are being observed since long time in a particular race or groups. Law is for the welfare of the people, society as a whole. 

      So,in the good olden days relations,family relations,marriage life,customs,traditions,beliefs,convictions framed by the elders of the society were the real protecting objects, safeguards of the society since aeons.Giving respect to elders,affection towards fellow beings,justice to all ,protection from evil minds through strict taboos,leading peaceful life, observing sacred marriage bonds are some of the respectable traits of the society ensuring sacred attachment and married life and creating that form for sacred and peaceful life for future generations.

     In those days families were observing strictly societal taboos,traditions and convictions,of course cent percent suitable in those days.to avert illegal activities in family life as well as societal life.Chidlrens were supporting their parents and Learning abilities and skills ought to be well versed in daily life., to maintain the traditional identity of their families in the society as well as getting livelyhood to maintain their families in a respectable way.

Through that apprenticeship,they would become talented in their cast based professions for boys in their particular field and for girls in house hold chores.So like that life was peaceful from generation to generation with ease.

  Marriages were performed before a girl matured.,even at the age of 6 to 9 years.They were not allowed to know about the sexual relationship between man and woman.They were completely blind about sex education. So marriages were performed between children and sex education was imparted,only after marriage,  how to join and involve in sex, that too on a prescribed auspicious date and time, ie first night /nuptial day of the couple to become  ONE, MENTALLY AND  PHYSICALLY. ie they become one by UNION of their bodies, PHYSICALLY, and transmitting their mental store with each other, a sacred union that sanctified with the sacred thread in the MARRIAGE., that is why before this accomplishment  priest will be there to sacntify this action by chanting  ceratain mantras to give  spiritual strength to that function. So we can realise the importance and sacredness of the union of two beings by MARRIAGE.

         Of course, in those days also some differences between couples were prevailing but in rare cases, but no question of SEPERATION, because there is no such scope to think of, even in dream, because dreams are the reflections of our real feelings in present, past and even previous birth.

            Before that they were not allowed to know or think of sex.After attaining certain age, after marriage, before nuptials,girls should be accompanied by parents while going to Temples . In this context some elder group of the society thought to impart sex education in SACRED PLACES giving an impression that knowing sex fundamentals also sacred after attaining certain age before entering the family life.So arranged to engrave /carve certain sex educative pictures like exhibiting sexual organs,engaging in sexual intercourse in various positions so that young people were having chance to know about sexual organs,their purpose to attain sexual bliss through certain sexual intercourse positions and to various positions and know which pose is is congenial,suitable for them as per theit physical fitness,like height,weight,robust nature body,strength,knack etc.At that place the youth were getting knowledge and knave in sex.They were told the need for sexual activity with their wives/husbsmds (spouse).to fulfill their biological need as well as to continue their race through progeny.So at that time it was thought that girls thoughts, infatuation,attraction, sexual feelings,crush ,ever aspect of sexual domain should be with their husband only.This is possible because they were getting married before attaining puberty,after getting first thought,they were driven towards their husband.So BY THOUGHT AND DEED they were virgins and leading sacred life with a conviction that even thought of deviation from husband is forbidden and unsacred.

Indian Mythology,Puranas,Etihasas,Epics all sacred texts are very particular about sacredness in sacred married life.While performing certain yogas,yajnas(sacred fires,oblations) ,the night before that sacred yoga ,reputed couple were supposed to perform sacred sexual intercourse in that selected yoga place  Such was the regard given to sacred union,sticking to  one's own spouse in their married life.That is regarded as basic foundation in    INDIAN SOCIETY evolving from MYTHOGY. In fact couple means two people,wife and husband, but they are regarded as ONE, ONENESS. That is even though they are two bodies,in fact,those two souls are ONE.AND ONLY ONE ONLY. Such was the importance ,given to PURITY IN MARRIED LIFE which has given inseparable bondage given to couple That is the foundation for attachment given to COUPLE which automatically given attachment between couples,parents,children's,brothers,sisters, and other relatives blood and bondage. 

    Now let us come to the context under reference.

      As we know,time is for change.No body can can neither resist nor stop. In the yester years every thing was calm and cool giving respect to the customs and convictions framed for the peaceful life and justice to all.Of course in those days some customs and convictions were framed suitable to those scattered, independent small regions ie SAMAJIKA NYAYAMU being top priority to SATYAM(TRUTH) and then second DHARMAMU( that is Yuga dharmamu, prevailing in that particular Yuga, as you know SATYA YUGAM .THRETHA YUGAM, DWAPARAYUGAM, KALIYUGAM) and then third NYAYAMU ie which prevail in that particular society,sect,tribe or any other small independent group or clan

       So NYAYAMU prevails in a particular society or Region and DHARMAMU prevails in a particular Yuga, WHERE AS SATYAM(TRUTH)  PREVAILS FOR EVER.

         With the TECNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT TRANSMISSION BECOMES VERY EASY AND HANDY AND EVERY BODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AT A PARTICULAR REGION RATHER PLACE IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE AND TENDS TO THE CONCEPT OF GLOBAL VILLAGE.

        TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT IS LIKE A KNIFE IN YOUR HAND WHICH CAN BE USED TO CUT THE APPLE AS WELL AS NECK.  IT IS UP TO YOU TO USE FOR CONSTRUCTION OR DESTRUCTION. It is a long subject, WE will discuss it separately. Let us confine to the present topic .

     With various changes in the life of a man,with the impact of TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT, now the ENTIRE UNIVERSE,world has become a GLOBAL VILLAGE, like in a village every body KNOWS what is going ON in that particular village, EVERY BODY IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE WORLD AT THE MOMENT.

SO  there is a big change in the way of thinking in the youth.It is natural for youth to opt for  enjoying life boundless without any restrictions.Here comes the actual riddle.Without thinking the future development results,tendancies if the youth are attracted for foreign culture they have to accept the upcoming changed society as a consequence to the present option,they have to suffer mentally and physically..

   In foreign countries ,they have their own culture,food habits, marriage conditions,mode of living,sexual life ,children's broughtup,freedom,parental care children's responsibility towards parents at their old age,system of attachment towards family,wife,children parents etc.As per their good old age customs framed by their forefathers they will follow,before this universal communication they were not aware of what is going on in other countries regarding marriage,family relations,responsibilities.So they are leading their life asper their conventions and belief .We can not find fault with them That is their way of life.This is our way if life No body is at fault.But the thing is the real problems lies  when the Indian youth combine both traditions and opt for which, that are  giving more insntant enjoyment. But infact that joy is creating more problems rather  dire consequences 

         In the older generations,joint families were existing and the youth, married couples were also living with elders. The youth used to get guidance from elderly people in all aspect in the daily life.They were working hard with their parents in their family traditional professions..They got privacy for sexual union mostly only in night and used to guide the younger generation with their vast  experience.Thus healthy relations were prevailing.

     Time has brought so many changes in the life and daily activities with the advent of scientific development, Technology, creating so many different jobs pertaining to IT, Software,Hardware,Commercial and Government Institutions a chance for youth to harness the present innovations.Thus youth has to go distant places for suitable jobs with assured income which forced them to leave their parents and live separately along with their wives and children giving way to nuclear families.This situation resulted in getting freedom for youth in privacy and in taking independent decisions in their family life ie freedom in one way devoid of elderly guidance in another way.So they are doing as they like in sex and family life.

    At this juncture, getting jobs in foreign and living in differen countries became a part of their life tends to lead complete different life adjusting with the customs and traditions of the country in which they live.

  In western countries as well as other countries the customs and traditions evolve suitable to their atmosphere,Regions,Nature, Religions,convictions  and other prevailing condions.Let us confine to that extent only for the present topic. So they are leading their life happpily as per their culture and convictions.No body can find fault  with them.with their way of life and family customs and sexual relationship.

     As per their broughtup,individual preferences and enjoyment dominates all other factors.Of course your enjoyment should not hurt the feelings of others,here comes the NATURAL JUSTICE over ruling all other laws prevailing in any country.We are all civilized people ,so we have to respect individual rights and obligations.Those days,"MIGHT IS RIGHT"has gone,now "LIVE AND LET LIVE" all these aspects came into existence because OF CIVILIZATION 

As discussed in the pre Paras,Now the entire UNIVERSE IS A GLOBAL VILLAGE  resulting in impact of chores and culture of one country on another ie impact on people living in different cultures other than own culture.

Life has becoming challenge for youth to lead peaceful life with the mingled civilizations.In early life of youth,along with other factors,SEX ,is a biological need,a factor dominating  all other individual preferences,a natural instinct having indefinable strength to resist,but with the blessings of elders,the way they were brought up , some how the present youth,most of them  with their discriminative power,comitting to the well being of all ,successful in self control of their indiscriminate libido , as an appreciable factor .

     But the prevailing situations, the tendacies of MEDIA, BOOKS,CINEMAS, TVs,MOBILES, ALL PLATFORMS OF MEDIA,NEWS PAPERS,PERIODICALS propagating,instigating the sexual instinct  drive in the people irrespective of age, for their personal gains,commercial profits,circulation of their books,projects.

Now-a-days, every day,we are seeing sex abuse,scandals,sexual rapes,sexual murders,child abuse by men of  all ages.It is most painful when we heard of an infant murder after sexual abuse, father raping his own daughter, grandfather keeping his own grand daughters in house arrest and indulging in sexual harassment, autodrivers commiting sexual rapes on the passengers, a group of youth kidnapping girls/ladies who are alone on the roads  waiting for buses or cabs on their way back to their houses in late hours of night after completing their office work, indulging in group rapes,at times murdering to avoid any clues, or evidence of their heinous crimes, pitiable incidents𝓓seriously about this  phenomena , instigating youngers as well as old people to gratiate their sexual desires, arising out of   immoral novels,teasing books and articles.

   Governments has to think over this isuue seriously to crub such activities by all means. The people should also sincerely cooperate with the governments . But nobody is thinking seriouly about this issue. Government can not implement on it's own accord unless prople also take active participation. But the callous nature of the public leads to further deteterioration in the moral values of the society. If two people indulge in illegal sex activity clandestinely , how far police or government know this activity in all cases. Government or police are the people of the country to protect the interests of the public. But when the public are involving only in their personal issue how far it is correct. When a mischievous boy teasing an young girl, is it not the duty of the public to warn that idiot to behave properly. But the persons related to that girl are only coming forward to the risk of that girl, if they happened to be there or else police only interfering.

    The youngesters are naturally attracted to the sex versions because of their teenage, harmonial effect, adding to that obscene pictures, movies, literature which are freely available. Moreover, pubs and night birth day parties without any restriction on time, food and drink, dancing, hugging, even kissing in secluded places. When once a girl is trapped then black mailing, resulting in disastrous life. Boys after getting married, suspecting their wives in view of their past experiences and vice versa girls. It is not our culture, it is foreign culture where dating is a common factor. Live-in and cohabitation is common there. It is their culture .Every body knows before marriage,most of the youngsters, lead live -in relationship, 

living together, cohabitation to asses that whether that partner is suitable for marriage both physically and mentally.so every body knows that usually maintain relationship with their partners to select the suitability by all means. That is their way of life. No problem. Even in  India in certain sects, tribals that custom is there even now. In those tribes, youngesters gather togather around the ritual fires and pairs of girls and boys enter into the nearby huts and spend that night uniting physically and mentally. After some days when a pair decided to live together, their elders arrange to perfom their marriage with pomp and flair. There will be no misunderstandjng. That is their way of life to select their partners to avoid any differerence of opinion,taste and preferences. As per their CUSTOM it is accepted.

        But about other Indians. Certain feelings, convictions, taboos, restrictions are imprinted in their brains and entrenched in their blood. Their life partner should be pious by all means, they should be pure virgins, should not closely move with other boys, make friendship witb other boys or girls, should not attend parties arranged by friends, should maitain their virginity by all means, love, affection, crush are taboos.

     They can move freely but their life partner should think of them and their family ONLY.  They will code certain mythological stories about the behaviour, attitude, and dedication towards their husband. For example RENUKA MAA AND SAGE JAMADAGNI ARE SACRED COUPLES

JAMADAGNI  acquired certain SIDDHAS and  certain spiritual powers. MAA RENUKA is a pious, exemplary lady fof her spirituality and devotion towards her husband. Every day she used to bring water from the river for her husband's rituals. She has to make one sand pot and bring water with it to home. Her power of adoration devotiom, sacredness pious nature towards her husband bestowed her to make sand pot. One day while she was dipping the sand pot in the river to collect water, it was so happened that a couple of YAKSHAS, those who are having certain cosmic powers to fly and travel in the air,making love with each other in the sky which was reflected in the waters of the said river, was involuntarily seen be REENUKA MAA and had a pinch of sexual feeling, nothing but sexual feeling rather obsession for a while render her helpless that resulted in breaking of the said  sand pot and dissolve in the river. So she come out of the river and tried to make sand pot with the sand of the beach but in vain. She tried so many times but in vain. At last she payed GOD OF DHARMA that there is no unsacred feelings with her, strictly devoted to her husband, nothing wrong with her, that incident of SEEING THE REFLECTION OF YAKSHAW'S LOVE MAKING IS PURELY INCIDENTAL AND INVOLUNTARY., SO PLEASE FORGIVE ME AND BLESS ME WITH THE SPIRITUAL POWER OF MAKING THE SAND POT.AGAIN.SOME HOW, GOD OF DHARMA CONVINCED AND BESTOWED THE REQUIRED POWER TO MAKE THE SAND POT. SO ALL THESE INCIDENTS TAKEN MUCH OF.TIME RESULTING IN DELAY IN FETCHING THE WATER TO THE SAGE. SAGE JAMADAGNI WAS FURIOUS FOR THE DELAY. HE SAW THE INCIDENTS FOR DELAY THROUGH HIS DIVINE PERCEPTION. IMMEDIATELY HE BECAME WILD AND ORDERED HIS ELDER SON TO BEHEAD HIS MOTHER. BUT HE REFUSED TO DO SO AND THE SAGE CURSED HIM TO ASHES. THE SECOND SON, THIRD SON ALSO FOLLOWED THE SAME STAND AND SUITABLY PUNISHED AS WAS WITH HIS ELDER BROTHERS. BUT THE YOUNGEST SON PSRASURAMA PERFORMED THE DICTION OF HIS FATHER WHO DELIGHTED AND OFFERED HIM A BOON,AND BLESSED WITH THE REVIVAL OF HIS BROTHERS. BUT HIS MOTHER WHO WAS DIVINE  PREFERED NOT TO REVIVE.

   So the above episode reveals the mindset of mental attitude of Indian Males

  But the society has greatly changed and dancing according to the tune of the day but not completely deleting their entrenched traits and beliefs,when compared to the mind set of foreigners who can adjust with the feminine freedom on par with males. Indian males want to enjoy theit life as foreigners but restricting their life partners as orthodax as of yester years.  

       So, in the wake GLOBAL VILLAGE concept

Indian males are supposed to adjust to some extent with the changed scenario but need not compromise with their moral values in a balanced way.. In the offices , public places treat the ladis as they expect to treat their ladies. If you see the woman in a respectable way, like this every body thinks and act, then there is no scope for immoral activities in the society and every body enjoy life reasonably 

Then there is no scope for FORBIDFEN RELATIONS.

       Regarding unnatural sex, JUDICIARY ALSO treat it as unnatural  and offence in case of

Sex between male and male against the order of the nature 

         Homosexuality may be temporary and permanent

Temporary problem is due to the circumstances in a given situation where persons are not having chance to satiate their sexual desires with opposite sex, unable to comtrol their libido indulge in sex activity with the same gender,that is in a situation in which persons are devoid of opportunities to have sex with other gender

Permanent problem is due to harmonial defects that desist from attraction for other gender.

 In the olden days, homosxuality is treated as an offence by the JUDICATURE

 But now keeping in view of the changed views of the public in India as well as in Foreign countries, on humanitarian grounds , this issue is removed from offences list. It is to be understood that this is not to encourage homosexuality  but a lenient view towards naturally aggrieved persons.

  At this juncture people have to be judicious by honouring the Judiciary decisions as well as opt thinking for Social Justice. We should bare it in mind that JUDICIARY is for JUSTICE to all..
